Minimum Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing, Real Estate Management or related studies. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
1 to 2 years’ experience dealing with Mall and handling of Tenancy Agreement, with good communication and presentation skills
Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel) is an advantage
Good communication skills, time management and planning skill. Able to work independently
Possess own transport, extensive traveling is required.
Passion about new business and love to travel to look for new store locations based on information provided by shopping mall leasing team, developer and shop owners (including area population, competitors, traffic)
Analyse industry trends and identify new growth areas
To build and maintain strong relationships with shopping malls, developer and shop owners.
Any other related duties assigned by the Management from time to time
