Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies or any related field.
  • Able to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast pace environment
  • Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
  • Well verse in Bahasa Melayu and English
  • Analytical, independent, tactful and resourceful

 

Description

  • Responsible to assist Head of Operations overseeing the restaurants outlets in terms of SOPs, sales and audits
  • Assist to coordinate all operations training programmers for Restaurant Management Team
  • To address operational irregularities and responding to customer feedback and complaints
  • To ensure entire team and store complies with regulations, incidents / issue escalation procedures and organizational policies
  • Responsible to prepare monthly analysis and report such as manpower report, sales turnover, sales comp, training activities, internal staff promotion etc
  • Responsible for the programmer implementation and evaluation
  • To ensure facilities comply with all relevant legislation relating to health & safety, food hygiene regulations and licensing legislation
  • To ensure effective management, motivation, training and development of all team members employees in the service outlet
